Romain Garcia, ‘Next To You’, on Anjunadeep. The title track is a warm, synth-soaked piece built on a 125 BPM groove. It’s bright and clean, with a melodic hook that carries the main emotional weight.

'Digital Diva' is the one that got me, though. There’s a vocal chop in the back half doing something a little stranger than the rest of the EP. I was half expecting to declare this one the dud on principle, the usual track-two pattern, but after actually listening, it’s the real keeper over the title track. I keep an honest count, misses included. 'Blue Parrot' and the 'Next To You (Extended Mix)' round out the release, no separate coverage needed for either.
